About Us

Empowering Families to Heal and Thrive

Welcome to Children Land Parenting Solutions! My name is Boshra Saravi, and I am deeply passionate about helping parents heal from their past traumas to create nurturing, supportive environments for their children. As a dedicated Early Childhood Educator and Parenting Coach, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice, with a specific focus on trauma-informed care.

My journeyMy journey in this field began with a profound realization of how unresolved childhood trauma can affect not only the individual but also their approach to parenting. As a mother of twins, I have personally experienced the challenges and rewards of raising children while addressing my own past. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, drives my commitment to supporting other parents on their healing journeys.

Educational BackgroundI hold a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria, BC, and a degree in Early Childhood Education from Seneca College, North York, ON. My academic and professional training has equipped me with a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the impact of trauma. I have also studied extensively about settler-colonialism and the history of Indigenous colonization in North America, which has enriched my perspective and approach to supporting diverse families.

Professional ExperienceWith over a decade of experience working with children and families, including my role as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and Before and After Care Educator at the YMCA, I have developed a robust skill set in individual and group instruction, especially in diverse and challenging environments. I have worked closely with refugee communities, providing art and English education to Afghan refugee children in Iran, and supported kindergarten classrooms in Canada.

My ApproachAt Children Land Parenting Solutions, I employ a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to coaching. I believe in the power of healing and resilience, and I am dedicated to helping parents understand and overcome the effects of their childhood trauma. My goal is to empower parents with the tools and strategies they need to break the cycle of trauma and nurture their children’s growth and development.

Personal InsightsI live in Toronto, Ontario, and am proud to be a Canadian citizen. My journey from Iran to Canada has been transformative, and I am grateful for the opportunities to contribute to my community here. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my twins and our toy poodle, DJ. I am also passionate about yoga and hold a certification as a Children Yoga Instructor.
